Charles Shulman

Charles Shulman has been originating residential mortgages since 1991. In 1998, Charles joined NJ Lenders Corp, became a partner in 2000, before joining Luminate in 2025.
During his career, he has funded over $2 billion in residential loans. Charles has been recognized by Mortgage Originator Magazine as one of the "Top 200 Loan Originators" in America from 2000 – 2016 and remains among the 1% of mortgage originators nationwide.
Charles has the expertise and knowledge to help you determine the absolute best loan program to meet your financial objectives. He attends regional and national conferences to be on the forefront of changes in the industry. 100% of his business is derived by referrals from attorneys, realtors, accountants, and previous customers.
Charles received a CPA license and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Outside of work, Charles enjoys golfing, skiing, ice hockey, chess, travel, and spending time with his family.
